"MO"vember is "MO"over.  I enjoyed this process of drawing a Star Wars guy everyday for the month of November.  The point....men's health awareness.  My dad passed away on October 9th from melanoma.  Just one of those things you need to get checked for because you never know what a little spot on your foot can become.  Awareness is key.  By the way, in case you haven't figured it out yet...."MO" stands for moustache.  Take care.

My kids are troopers.  This weekend I made them go out and play soccer out in the cold rain with me in our yard.

I'm going to workout today and eat less candy for men's health awareness.  I can't quit candy altogether, Halloween was just two days ago....
