There is a hero in all of us......Spider-man into the Spider-verse won the Oscar for best animated film.  I knew it!  Should be best film altogether....but hey what do I know, I only saw two movies all year. 

Snow Day No Pants Dance....Part 3.

Technically this is our 6th day off of school due to winter weather. Third due to snow, the other three were freezing temps and ice. Being a teacher and married to a teacher means make the most of it.  I was suppose to be among 450 kids today.....but.....SNOW.

Under Armour Fairy.

We have a fairy who brings us Under Armour gear out of nowhere sometimes. This past week I ended up getting a whole sweatsuit from him.  It has been years since I have worn a full matching grey sweatsuit. He is very gracious and kind and giving.  I thought I would give him a shout out for his kindness....Thanks Barry.....Barry the Fairy:)

Happy Chinese New Year.

2019 is the year of the pig!  Also known as the year of snow, cold, and ice.  Another day off of school. I believe the pig means fortune and personality.....well this year (winter) certainly has personality thus far! Blessings on your year. 

The deep freeze.

While we were all stuck in our houses during the Wisconsin deep freeze of 2019, I saw a Wampa walk by my window........with Luke Skywalker’s lightsaber!  So I recorded what I saw through sketching because my camera was frozen.  Sometimes when I am stuck inside I start to see things......
