Even superheroes get older every year, but that never seems to change their superness! I have a friend who thinks he is actually a real superhero, he just turned thirty-nine. Happy Birthday Rob.

Euro '12 is going on!

So the Euro 2012 tournament is going on right now and I am trying not to watch it so much and it is not working. At least I am doodling at the same time. My wife calls it multitasking. I call it GOOOAAAALLLLL!!!!!!!!

Thanks mom for allowing me to pin a towel to my back, gel my hair and tie a who knows what over my face, wear undies over my pants, and pretend I can fly! Thanks for inspiring my creativity. Also, thanks for not letting me go out in public like that and protecting me from bullies. My brothers and I needed a mother like you.

Good weekend in the neighborhood.

It was a good weekend just being outside with the kiddos and neighbors in the hood we live in.  I recommend loving where you hang your house!

Back to carrots.

Now that the Easter candy is gone and Spring Break is over it is back to it.

It's about time to be a trooper.

It's almost that time of year where I start to get a tad bit more busy.  Coaching High School Soccer, Art Club, Before School Sports Program, being an Art Teacher, teaching Sunday School, Illustrating a book, AND of course being a husband to my wife and a father to four little girls.  So the best thing to do is just put on that uniform and start blasting!

Yeah....you CAN fly (you just have to jump).

Mondays and out of coffee.  It is the absolute worst day for this.  The greatest thing about this is that I am free and can put forth the effort to go get some somewhere, IF I want to put forth the effort.  What deserves effort in your life?  Today I choose to battle the coffee shark!

Fighting one of those squeaky soccer balls is just one of those choices we have to choose daily.  When to fight when not to.  Think, feel, then fight.
